We met at the Elephant and initially were sitting in the comfy sofa but then moved to the table by the bar when it became free.
Richard was going to a concert so he ate at the Elephant. He had chicken breast in a sauce with fetta which was quite hot and daal. He said he would eat it again and gave it an 8 out of 10.
It was Con's turn to choose and he was open to suggestions. He did initially think of Sicily or Italy to go and have food but we eventually convinced him to go to San Giorio.
We easily scored a table inside and ordered the following:
We firstly ordered garlic bread for the table which was lovely.
Chad - 12 inch supreme pizza. The base was a bit flowery but all the ingredients were there. - 7.5
Me - I had the garlic prawns with potatoes and broccolini and rice - loved it! - 8.5
Con - 9 inch San Giorgio pizza - no comment - 7
Stephen - vegetable and chorizo sausage 12 inch pizza - 7.5
Con wanted to go to Brunelli afterwards. It was good coffee and even though the place was busy it wasn't packed.
