Stephen and I had booked a table for 5 in Buongiorono for 5.30pm. We got there and ordered a bowl or wedges with a couple of beers. We texted Con to let him know we were there and he came about 15 minutes later.
Richard was picking up Albert and said that he would meet us at the social club. Con had booked for 7pm.
We drove up to the social club and parked on the road and met Richard and Albert inside. They were already there which was a bit of a surprise.
Richard and Albert had the family Zingara which looked good.
Stephen and Con had the family sized AltaVilla which also looked good.
I had a small Seafood which had small prawns inside the calamari rings. Nice enough but a bit bland.
Chad turned up later in the evening and had a Birra Moretti Beer before we all had a coffee.
Albert and Con shared a carafe of wine but Stephen stuck to the beers.
Richard showed us his Italian cards Aces on his phone as there was a couple of people playing Italian cards on another table. Apparently there's 40 cards in Italian cards with 1-7 then knight, queen king.
