20200313 Midnight Spaghetti DRINK: Session Ale TURN: Stephen

 I'm writing this blog a few weeks after the actual event so my memory is a bit blurry. I think we went to the Elephant as usual as per the photo.

I don't know who's water bottle is in the picture?

Chad was at a Fringe event, so there was Con, Richard, Stephen and myself. Stephen's turn, so I had already booked the Midnight Spaghetti venue.

I was told today that there were to be no more than 500 people in any one gathering. Of course, since that time, this has reduced drastically - can you believe that only 2 people can be together now! So much for the Corona Virus - perhaps the best of us can come out during these times.

There are weird responses to the virus, the most baffling is the hoarding for toilet paper! You'd think baked beans, tins of tomatoes or pasta or rice would be in short supply?? No, it's toilet paper - go figure...

We weren't disappointed tonight - our venue at Midnight Spaghetti was delicious. Richard and Stephen had the Lamb Ragu and Con and I had the signature dish. Stephen and I shared a truffle spuds.

Con and Stephen had 2 session ales.
